RAFY Capital Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms in full before depositing or investing.
By registering an account, depositing funds, or activating any investment plan (Starter, Growth, or Elite) on RAFY Capital, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Deposit, Withdrawal and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this platform. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to complete identity verification when requested. Accounts opened with false identity information, stolen credentials, or through fraudulent means will be suspended and any related balance forfeited.
Investing carries risk, including the risk of losing the amount deposited. Advertised daily returns reflect the terms of each plan and are not a guarantee of profit. Cryptocurrency values are volatile, and past performance of any plan is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only invest funds you can afford to allocate for the full length of a plan's cycle, and do not invest funds you cannot afford to lose.
Deposits are accepted through the payment methods listed on the platform and are allocated to the plan selected at the time of deposit once payment is confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts differ by plan and are shown on the plan page before you invest.
Daily returns are withdrawable once your balance reaches the applicable minimum threshold, and are paid out in the weekly settlement run described in our Deposit, Withdrawal and Refund Policy — every Monday. Deposited principal is not refundable before its plan cycle completes, except through the early settlement process described in our Deposit, Withdrawal and Refund Policy, which carries a liquidation fee. Full details, including current cycle lengths and fee amounts, are set out in that policy.
Referral commissions are paid on verified deposits made by genuinely referred investors. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or misleading promotion of the referral program are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of referral commissions and possible account suspension.
You may not use this platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, attempt to manipulate plan mechanics, share your account with another person, or interfere with the platform's normal operation. We may suspend or close an account involved in prohibited conduct and withhold the associated balance pending investigation.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is treated as an unauthorized dispute and may lead to your account being frozen while the matter is investigated, in accordance with our Deposit, Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
RAFY Capital is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, your own error (including sending funds to an incorrect address), events outside our reasonable control, or your failure to secure your account credentials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is linked to fraudulent activity, or is required to be closed under applicable law. You may close your account at any time, subject to the withdrawal and refund terms described above.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of this platform will first be addressed through our support team, and if unresolved, settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
